Closing of policy

I am a member of PLOT (S) scheme, i submitted 36months in my premium, but i dont continue this policy due to some unavoidable circumstances, My S.No. 7915549 Issued date 07/08, How I can close this policy and return back investment.

Kindly give the useful suggestions to me at the earliest.
