NOT SATISFIED WITH BANK RELATION

Dear Sir,

My name is Ankit Kumar s/o Sh. Rajesh kumar and I belongs to chini mill colony room no;- E59, Nanauta, Saharanpur (U.P.)

Sir I want to say that my account is in PNB Pandukheri, Saharanpur and In My account Rs. 2000 are missing due to Bank Fault. When I claim for my Balance then Bank is not co-operate me from last three months. So Sir Please send me solution that how can solve this problem.
