Aircel
Main balance

I am the regular customer aircel company. Aircel is a good communication company but some time its charge on customer by unconscious charges. My problem is this, (11/03) Today in the morning my main balance is 42.00 Rs. after 2 hour when i was make another call to my friends and check my balance its show 13.92 Rs. but don't know where my main balance cut by charge.
