Project Name: Shell Pearl Gas to Liquid, Qatar (Biggest Refinery Project in Gas to Liquid).
Key Responsibilities:
• Entrusted with effectively handling the configuration of controllers, related I/O modules, designing/testing (IFAT/FAT) of DCS, FGS, IPS, IDP, IRP, Field Bus and communication HW using Honeywell Experion PKS
• Carried out the visual inspection of DCS and other marshalling cabinets, established the connection, performed the loop checking (I/O checking) by forcing the signal both from the HW/ SW
• Conducted special test for the safety hardware IPS/ FGS by using the Safety Manager (Honeywell patent PLC) and functional testers (beacons) with manual calling points as well as programmed values
• Prepared technical documents such as IFAT/FAT, wiring schedules, HMI tag names, hardware drawing, instrument layouts, process control narrative, loop typical and system logs
