Sir i am maintaning a saving account with postal staff college india at ghaziabad the account no. is 881911.I issued a cheque no 544728 of psci to transfer rs.4800/- into my saving account no. 30179553378 at state bank of india, kavinagar branch, ghaziabad on 30-03 against the balance of rs.5309/-in my account no.881911at psci.but the cheque was refused by Ms. Rajbala yadav who is posted as clerk in PSCI ghaziabad. Today when I visited the post office and enquired about the reason of non-payment of the above cheque she very casually asked me to go to head post office and meet the head post master. whereas the clerk at PSCI is responsible for non-payment of the cheque. previously also i suffered on the same issue. I have suffered and felt humilated before the person to whom i had issued another cheque of SBI.the bank also deducted rs.75/ from my account. Kindly look into the carelessness of Ms Rajbala of PSCI and get my RS.75/-which was deducted by the state bank as penalty.
