The Devil's Bank (TD) is run by a bunch of crooks!!! They do not care about the human beings behind their numbers. We are in the middle of a HELOC subordination nightmare with TD Bank. They refuse to subordinate our Chase Bank HARP loan refinance when Chase Bank is willing to loan us 5 times the amount that we owe to TD Bank with no problem at all. TD Bank took our application fee, cashed it, denied us, and keeps the money. This is the SECOND time we have tried in order to refinance our main house mortgage, and TD Bank is holding us hostage by not subordinating our loan. They are a bunch of heartless jerks, and I hope the entire universe knows that by the time I am finished explaining my story on the internet. They do not deserve to be in business. They have no regard for how they ruin people's lives. The funny thing is, we WANT to pay them what we owe them too, but they are holding us back!!! So stupid they are. TD Bank does NOT deserve to survive!
