Dear sir

I have a mahindra gio compact cab No. MP48 C2722. I bought it from Narmada Motors Betul (Sub Dealer) Narmada Motors Hoshangabad, MP. (Main Dealer) on 6th of Oct. 2011.

I am facing following problem.

1. I haven't got RC Book till now.

2. I had lost the service book of my vehicle. so I could not submit the First, second and Third service coupon at time of these service. However all the service were done at the authoraized mahindra service center. I had reported to the dealer about and asked for a duplicate service book. But they had denied saying that the company doesn't provide a duplicate one. I had also reported to the police station and now I have recovered my service book and all other documents from the police station. But the dealer is not agree to accept the service book. He says that the book in not valid and so the vehicle is not under warranty.

3. On 1 -10- 2012 the vehicle had a problem in its engine. Its oil pump was not working. When I reported this problem to the dealer I was told the expenses of about Rs. 20000 to 25000. The vehicle has run only 13300 KM all this time and should be under warranty as the company provide a warranty of one full year. But for this I put many argument before them. Finally they agreed to repair my vehicle. At time of leaving the vehicle at the service center I was told that they will repair it with in 3-4 days. But today till 09/11 after 40 days they haven't repaired my vehicle.

4. They didn't give me any receipt of the vehicle at the time I handed over them the vehicle. They said that the job card and are receipt are issued from Hoshangabad showroom which is main showroom. It means that I have no proof of when I left the vehicle at the service center. I fear if they say that I haven't left any vehicle at the service center.

5. They wanted to bother me by delaying in repairing the vehicle. As they were Intentionally delaying in repairing. I warned them to claim for the loss. They continued having fun of me. All these 42 days have suffered a big loss. Don't I deserve a compensation for this loss?

6. My vehicle has been registered on 28 th of August about 11 month after I purchased It.

7. At the time of purchasing I was told the price of the vehicle Rs 196000. I paid Rs 233180 in all out of which they charged Rs 198500 as the price of vehicle and rest of the amount (Rs 34680) was charged for Insurance and tax.

8. They never gave me the papers of insurance. I was told that these papers were directly sent to the finance company (Cholamandalam Finance Co). I could have never known the amount of premium insurance if the insurance company had not mailed me the paper of insurance. the actual amount of insurance premium was only Rs 12390.

9. On 28-08 after about 11 months when my vehicle was registered at RTO Betul, I could know that the amount of Tax was only Rs13650. Then only I could realized that they had taken Rs 11131 extra (233180-196000-12390-13650=11131) from me. When I asked them to return my extra money. They are not willing to return it to me. I haven't got it back till now. I don't know what to do?

10. I have contacted more than 50 times to Mahindra customer care Number 18002096006 but of no use.
