Not giving ecs facility for loan payment

I have taken loan from lic hfl Bhopal. and i have salary account in sbi indore sukhniwas branch. 08484. for payment of my loan emi, i opted for ECS facility. sbi not giving proper response. its been 6 month since i am facing problem. lic says, sbi creating problem and sbi says lic creating problem... they have started blame game... but the customer is suffering... my loan account no. in ############
