Refund for Booking Ref, FRWBDD

I booked one Ticket for my Cousin sister Anita Thakker from Nagpur to Bangalore on 10-12 using my Debit card from ICICI Bank.

Card was accepted and payment accepted. To my surprise I got a information about Cancellation of said ticket stating that I can not book a ticket for somebody else. It was a shock and on top of it I was told that Rs.2000.00 will be deducted from the amount I paid.

Ridiculous. Kindly check at your end how this can happen. It is not the first time I booked ticket for my relatives.

Kindly look in to the matter and refund full amount Rs.11404.00 at an early date to avoid further litigations
