Cheqe dishonou

Some times ago i purchase the NSC from Indian postal office of total rupees 30000 . In last month the NSC would be mature . then i submitted the NSC in the head post office Ghanta ghar Raebareli and postmaster give me the cheque of ammount 60400 cheque no. 581886 dated 26.11.2012of state bank of india main branch raebareli. i submit this cheque in my account in baroda utter pradesh gramin bank jila parishad compound raebareli in 03-12. when i go to withdrawl the money the bank employee said that your cheque would be dishonour due to signature difference, then i go to head post office raebareli and meat to head postmaster and request to correct the cheque but they could not correct.

so i request to take necessary action to correct to my cheque.
