Non settlement of claim
my self sumit kaushik i have an mediclaim policy with national ins.co ltd on my mother name shakuntla kaushik . my policy no. 361102/48/09/8500001015. i have an medical claim on them from last 2 years . they are asking me for submitting the papers which are necessary for claim settlement. i have submitted the papers many times. but after receiving the papers they can't settled my claim.they are again asking for submitting the papers . but i submitted the papers many times to their office Add:- s.c.o 96 Ist floor sec-16 market faridabad. i submitted the papers 2 or 3 times before but they are asking for submitting the papers again & again . they don't give me any possitive response. i have all the receiving of papers submitted by me.so please take strickt action against them. i shall be very very thankful to you for this.regards Sumit kaushik MOb:-9873310602
