Now kindly manage to refund the full amount to my concern bank account (22, 185 INR) at your earliest convenience. My Bank details as follows.

July at 10:45 pm Indian standard time I had tried to Book International Air Ticket through my SBI DEBIT CARD from your Internet Travel Agency named as "Make my Trip.com"(http://www.makemytrip.com/ ) and after i built my Air Ticket I had click the pay option but due to internet problem my Electronic online International Air Ticket not get generated neither I get any Electronic Copy of my International Air Ticket but 22, 185.00 INR been deducted from my SBI SB A/C No : 00000011055404022 which I had check online (www.onlinesbi.com) as I have internet banking facility from our SBI Chinsurah Branch. I myself and my wife had contact with makemytrip.com Travel Company and they said they will inform us after 24 hours but unfortunately almost 3 days been over but still i
