We are EXPORTER at Tamilnadu in India. NIRMANS IMPORTS AND EXPORTS Owner is UPADHAYA (A) MANI .
He came to Our company and Stayed 3 to 4 days. He told that both of them do Export & Import way of partner. He spoke well that time. He went back to SRILANKA .
He asked to Export small onion from INDIA. He demanded for DOCUMENTS AGAINST ACCEPTANCE Payments method (Credit Payment). We accepted it because He speak as genuine that time.
We exported SMALL ONION for D/A PAYMENT 14 DAYS at 06-02 to him. Our Payments amount $.3687 . He paid amount forthwith.
He asked BIG ONION next time. So We went to MUMBAI . We exported BIG ONION at 07-03 .
We again exported BIG ONION to that buyer same as DA payment 14 days at 07.03.2012 .Our invoice amount is $.2537.5. When I asked Buyer to pay the Our Bill, he told that he had money problem and He asked some time to make settlement. So We gave some time to him.
After one or two months over, We asked to pay the our bill. Now He is saying as he paid our Bill. But When I ask to Bank Transaction Remittance copy, He saying some nonsense reasons.
From Bank told me not paid the Our bill, when i enquired to bank. After He accepted lie of him. Till He didn't Settle Our Payment. We are calling everyday to him. But don't response proper. He is cheating Us.
