I am using TATA DOCOMO service for my phone. On 3/12 @ 8:45 am i received a SMS saying ' your monthly news pack is renewed and you have been charged with Rs.30', As i never subscribed to any service, this service was activated automatically and without any authorization.
When i called the customer care response was mean. Representative didn't try to understand problem and disconnect the call without giving any solution, and without listening to the problem. It was arrogant behavior from the representative and it was unwanted. Customer care representative name is Anand Kumar Sinha.
Purpose of launching the complaint is, 1) getting back my money on mobile for unauthorized deduction of money out of my balance 2) Such deduction of balance shouldn't happen again in future. 3) Customer care name itself suggest care of one's customer so representative should not be arrogant with customers.
