Sir my loan a/c is 611800000205, sanctioned loan amount is rs13, 48, 000 they disbursed me a loan in 3 installment i.e. rs95 rs238000, and rs83793 it sums to rs1273793 the remaining amt. of rs74207 has not been disbursed to me for last 6 month i have contacted the amaravati branch but they doesnt respond and doesnt give any reason for delay, i am paying the emi regularly through ecs
does it came under breach of contract? what to do
