FEE EXCESS DRS

Sir the amount of rs.1120/- Was deducted from my account in State bank of Hyderabad, chilakaluripet branch, on 31 Dec toward fee excess drs which does not have any reference number.

But I had minimum balance for sufficient for not deducting as charges as a not having minimum balance.

Please kindly solve my problem.
