ATM card password not received

Sir,

I am having an Account with SBI NRI Branch, Kolkata since 1998. In my opinion they used to provide best service before. But I am am facing some difficulties with this Branch.

I have made a visit to SBI NRI Branch, Kolkata on 04-Oct and requested for new ATM card which I have already received but standing instruction was provided to the branch to deliver password for ATM to my overseas address as per following:

but still I not received anything from the branch.

As per my standing instruction I have not received my ATM password yet. Now I am in Kuwait. I have contacted with AGM & he told that he will confirm back to my email but there is no response so far even after 4 weeks.

Now I am unable to use new ATM card.

As I am now in Kuwait I can’t go to to India particularly for this work, I request you to please look into this issue ASAP so that I can get the ATM password to my overseas address as mentioned above.
