Poor Service & wrong EMI Calculation

I have had enough of LIC Housing Finance and their services. There have been mistakes right from the sanction letter upto to the EMI calculations. I have literally get into the war zone to make LIC staffs understand the problem despite the mistakes are pretty evidently seen on the documents they provided, fight to get it corrected; and the fight is at the chief of the Regional Office in Bangalore. To make them see, understand, accept and get the problem corrected is a 3rd world war.

The lady heading the branch office is such a useless woman, I wonder how she managed to get that position. She neither understands anything nor does anything.

I have been spending a lot of time and effort, phone calls, mails etc, just sick and tired of making the mistake of availing home loan from LIC. No responses from the Mumbai Head office.

I have another 13.5 years to toil with LIC, hope LIC does something to hear customer's complaints and responds. Otherwise, I would have to settle with them, pull out and go with some other financial organization. But before that, I would definitely discourage all future loanees I come across and also spread this horrific experience through all the Social Media sources.
