Health Cards - not Received

Dear sir,

This is to inform u that I purchased policy - Lic Jeevan Arogya on 28 november policy number- 179072657, in the name of Sachin Arora and Rhythm, But the name written on the policy is Rydhem instead of Rhythm, Also we have not received our health cards, i informed lic office regarding this several times but but still nothing has happened.so I just want to know is this the right way to treat their customer???
