My self M Manjunath i have recharged for Rs 150/- in the month of May 12, just i used for 3-4 days after that nearly 90-100 Rs deducted from my account but then i could not able to complaint due to unavoidable circumstances. again once i recharged 68 Rs from online after 2-3 days then deducted from my account, immediately i made a call to your call center. Your representative said that additional features are founded in my account so that amount could be deducted against its features. Once again i recharged Rs 68 after 3 days i am facing the same problems. I could not understood why your company is erroneously debited from my account. Please consider the case and refund the amount at the earliest please. if any additional features are found in my account i kindly request you to cancel all the features please.
