I'm having a Demat a/c with Motilal Oswal. My client code is JAJM1204. From your end my account has been blocked. Every-time I tried logging in my account on your website or Lite Desktop from Last Friday 4/1 its showing invalid user. I called up to customer care whole week from last Friday 4/1 to this Friday 11/1 they are telling me that they can't map my account. How come suddenly my account couldn't be mapped from Friday 4/1 onward. It was working perfectly up-to 3/1 Thursday. How come suddenly it stopped. I have called on request of your customer care department to Fort Branch / Mulund Branch requesting them to map and activate online trading I got a negative reply from their side telling me that they can't map my account. So its very unfortunate thing for me that I can't trade or login into my account. It is not my problem to map my account.
