This is with reference to call received from your ICICI bank agency from Mobile no- 918652273650. Today I received call from this number. Lady from other side is asking me for outstanding balance against my credit card about Rs.54, 000/- Apprx for card I never used. When I ask for card number she refused to provide the same. I am surprise to know that she have my all details submitted to ICICI bank at the time of taking my ICICI bank credit card at Indore (Card number-377041484820005). Then I checked with call center there is no outstanding against my card (Screen shot attached for last transaction). Then I immediately called on above mentioned number again she was telling some wrong address of Indore (Jai ambe nagar) but she didn’t disclose the card number for the same when I asked.
Request you to please take it seriously to investigate the same. I doubt someone is using my name and other details and doing fraud.
