Consecutive balance deductions

my balance is dedudcting consecutively by docomo.

1: Rs10 was deducted nearly on 14 12 2012 and i am not informed at all about this deduction.

2:Rs67 Was deducted nearly on22 12 and i was informed that an calender is downloaded, but it didnot happened at all.

3:Rs13 on 29 12 2012 and informed that i hv started mobile tuter, but i didnot.

*In all cases except 1st my balance become Rs1 After deduction but in 1st case it become 0.

*after 1st deduction i done nothing but after 2nd case i call to costomer care and they said no money will be returned by us, and then stop my customer care servises.

please take some action sir.
