i have kotak mahindra card my card number is 4166464300207164 i have not used 15000/- on 14/10 i have complaint the bank filled up the form and there said it will be solved in 45 day till know it is not resolved and there have charged me - for late payment and other things is there any lawyer here who can help to file a case against kotak bank
