NRIs beware of HSBC NRI services.

It is totally rip off service. My money is struck from two years, i cannot do transaction, I cannot use my money and on top of that they are not even helping me to close the account, as I am holding 3 million INR in my account.
The only time I can use their service is when I am physically in India.
Please avoid them, if you value your money, as their internet banking sucks, you cannot transfer money among your own accounts between nri to nri accounts, their phone banking service is inaccessible, as they have most of high school dropouts working for them for low pay. after few weeks or months your account will become dormant. Random system generated charges will be debited to pay for HSBC senior's salary.
Nodal officer Sowmya Sankar, Srinivasan and Yogesh Grover VP INDIA, AMAR TEKWANI, SONIA KAPASI, HEMAND PUND (NRI CANADA CENTRE) both are not responding.
Sent mail to Escalation officer Mr. Rajnish Bahl, but no response yet.
Finally after getting pissed off I am writing here and requesting everyone to be cautious if you are using HSBC NRI services. It is your waste of time, as well as risky, as you might not be able to use your own money in emergency. HSBC NORTH AMERICAN NRI CENTRES would lie, lie and buy your time, but will not help you in any transaction as well as closure.
All that they are ready to do is sell the product without service in deceitful manner by promising many things which doesn't exist and by giving you wrong amount (minimum) to open premier accounts.
My account was locked my some miscreants in HSBC lokhandwala, so that I cannot transact (this information i got internally). my account was blocked for making DRAFT, CHECKS, PAYING BILLS from 17th april till today in March without my knowledge and authority.
They are complete liers and scammers who would like to play with your money.
They are just dirty shack across the road with new furniture and high school drop out staff or near low IQ - neatly dressed with ties and shining shoes.
They have only two words handy in their whole training "I am sorry", " I apologize"..
So avoid HSBC INDIA, HSBC NRI SERVICES, IF you do not want to get in to trouble. They are scammers as well as use wrong marketing methods to trap you and your money.
In banking history first time I have come across with such scam. This bank is going to fade from Indian scene if they continue sucking their clients.
