Dear Sir

I have a prepaid aircel service with phone number 9716359758 Everyday I got many unwanted call. One day suddenly I check my balance then my balance is lost 30 rupees and after one day same problem for me Rs 60/- have been deducted from y account. and infac tboth these amounts were deducted.

I received these messages from number 543213. and massage is your caller tune is actived, but I have not any request sent these type like set caller tune and friendship.

Finally I call back but customer care executive say that your complain is forwarded and reply 24 hour by the aircel mobile service provider but don’t any response for these complain no.s are:-

(1). Thursday, April 29 9:48 AM To: Cc: Dear Customer Your SR 1-1934288819.

(2). SR 1-1934288819 has been successfully registered with us. It will be resolved by 30/4.

What I should do now, if they deduct like this unnecessarily.
