Unnecessory deduction of charge amount

Sir,

I am in border security bhuj (Gujarat). Sir i am requesting following few lines for kind consideration and favorable action please.

1. Sir my father and mother is older and lived in uttrakhand (Bageshwar) using two mobile no of AIRTEL of is 8126018167, 9997419106.

2. Sir Airtel company cut the charges of caller tune services without prior permission. When my perants talk with customercare, they blamed on parents about pressing any butten during incoming call by airtel company.

3.But sir they are completely lieing, not such things were happned.my parents always cut such type of call.

4. Sir i am requesting you to look this matter on priorioty basis.

5. Sir this act of kindness give me a calm and peace on border area.
