Unnecessary charges

Dear Sir

I had discontinued the service of blackberry net services in the month of june but still the same is activated and i am getting the charges for ther same. if this is the kind of service given to the customer who is availing the Airtel Service for last 10 years then it should be shame on the part of AIRTEL.
