Harassment by Sales/Activation Team

I am Arun Pareek. I have recently relocated to Bangalore and I am staying in CV Raman Nagar. I saw an ad from one of the Airtel Sales guys regarding Airtel Broadband (Madhan : 09663305431 and Maruthi: 09945175295) who had then collected my documents and advance rental for 5 months which was Rs. 4500.

After this they gave me all false commitments for installation. Many a times they said me that they are coming to install the broadband at my house but they never came. They have wasted at least 4-5 days of my time in it. Finally when the technical team came to install they left my place in mess with all messy wirings. It was such an inconvenience that they had installed a phone and router in such a manner that i could not even move my laptop an inch. When i asked for a longer cable they denied it. On further argument they started saying that if you dont require the connection then dont take we have a lot of customers. I asked for a refund of my money and they asked me to get in touch with the sales team.

The sales team of Madhan/Maruthi has stopped picking up my phone thence. I have tried calling them a number of times and still they dont pick up my phone.

This is disgusting as far as a company like Airtel is concerned. Looks like they have no customer priorities in mind and the way they deal with small customers is awful.
