EPABX EXTENSION CARD PROBLEM

ACtually we have launched a complaint to customer service saying that one of our extension card is not totally working (16 extensions) on 15.11.2011. from the day i launched complaint i am regularly talking to all your engn and managers in chennai & Noida regarding this compliant as of today there is no action taken againt this and it is already 10 days over. HCL is the worst service to say comparitively all other services. everytime we get some problem you people are taking not less than 10 days to rectify the problem.

if you serve the customer in this way nobody will be interested to buy your products.
