I have a credit card from HDFC bank, and I have the savings account in the same bank. This HDFC has some shi* called autopay wherein the outstanding due is supposed to get deducted from your linked bank account. No need to mention that I have registered for that!! Catch here is these retards have given two options there "minimum amount due" (god knows what exactly it is!) and "total amount due"!! I opted for minimum amount due. One more thing nowhere HGFC has given explanation about difference between the two, may be they think that humans learn the difference through placenta in their mothers' womb!
I mailed them for the detailed information (:'HBL=013-194-491' Clarity needed in statement) they gave some reference numbers (11270842525, 11270881617)
No need to tell that the customer care service is absolute bullsh**
Please beware of yourself when you are opting for HDFC credit cards
