Poor and irresponsive agents of HDFC Bank Delay in Loan

I have applied in HDFC bank for Loan through local agents (Pooja and Maria) in Delhi in August'11. Till that despite clear cut eligibility the loan has not passed. When ever enquired from agents there response was rediculous.

in Nov'11 beginning the application was resubmitted, but neither agent is responding nor bank persons are responding. My loan application no. given by agent is 20091507 where as teh loan application no. given by bank person is 20101040.

I do not know what HDFC bank is doing to deal for such agents???

I am planning to go to Bank Ombudsman to discuss teh entire case.

If anyone has observed same case kindly let me where else I can make a complaint???
