No statements / harassing customers / pathetic service

I have been using HDFC credit card for some time and the performance is pathetic as compared to other credit cards that I have been using.

1. These people never send the credit card statements on time. It is not always possible to get the amount known from the call centre guy who is another nuisance.

2. If we ask for the breakup these people behave very rudely and there have been instances where the phone was slammed down on my face by the HYDERABAD, India call center people.

3. These people use threatening measures to harass their own customers to extort money from them without even producing the statement. I have not yet received any statements despite repeated requests. But when it comes on the money collection part they make it a point to call up the customers and use threatening tones to collect the money. (91-40--6638-9116)

NO STATEMENT on time &> NO PAYMENT on time... payment of only the amount that we have used.

NO STATEMENT &> NO PAYMENT at all.

The service is an absolute nuisance.
