Deduct money unnecessary

Sir i am in plan of (perday first call Rs.1/ and remaining all calls air tel to air tel Rs 40ps and others Rs.60ps) for that i paid Rs140/ per year. but unfortunately every first call cost Rs 1/ cutting

so airtel blame all custmers

hence they loose their customers
