Unwanted sms after DND registration

I have already registered for DND sms service on 13/10/1010 with mob no . 9895353067. so the customer care people told me that i will not get such message after 45 days of registration . reg number 1022652244. But after 45 days ie on 27/11..still i am getting the unwanted or promotional sms. The customer care executive told me that they have registered a complaint with id 31129092200 and have to wait till 08/12 .. This is too bad ..airtel is cheating the customers..have to take necessary action
