EVEN TWO TIME I HAVE TALK TO YOUR SENIOR EXECUTIVE THEY REPEATED SAME CONVERSATION AS OTHER EXECUTIVE. TODAY (14/07) YOUR SENIOR EXECUTIVE so rude with ME VERY ADVERSE LANGUAGE AND DISCONNECT MY CALL.VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The only word I get to explain Airtel customer service is PATHETIC and DISGUSTING .
I have planned finally to quit Airtel and would never get back to Airtel in future and will never ever recommend Airtel to anybody.
CONTINUE MY BALANCE DEDUCTED FROM 9 JULY.
PL REIM BURS MY BALANCE & STOP THIS SERVICE IMMEDIATE.
I HOPE THAT TREAT THIS MATTER URGENTLY & RESOLVED THIS ADVERSE SITUATION.
