Deactivate cricket pack sms

I don't want cricket sms on my cell # 9970978609 through Airtel Prepaid services. However I have tried to check this with Airtel Customer Care, but they did not responded properly. As my balance is deducted unnecessarily. I have not requested these services. Hence I request you to please deactivate all SMS alert services from my cell IMMEDIATELY & add on my dedcuted balance of Rs. 50
