Gclub hungama content service gets activated by itself and rs 5 charged on daily basis

I have not purchased any hungama content pack or glcub subscription but I am charged rs 5 on a daily basis and was charged rs 99 on 20-9 I want my money refunded and all these services deactivated. My no. is 9571662039
