Deduction of Rs. 4000/- at ICICI ATM

Dear Sir,

I am having a bank account of SBI in you branch with ATM facility. On 23.06.2011 at about 18:35 hrs, while I was trying to withdraw Rs 4000/- from ICICI ATM counter available at Hotel Ashoka, Jugsalai, Station Rd, JSR after lot of wait a message come “Sorry unable to process….”. No slip printed and no money was received. After that when I withdraw Rs 4000/- from another ATM of PNB, I found there is an additional deduction of Rs 4000/- when I try at ICICI ATM.

Under the circumstances, it will be of great help if you kindly do needful for the above wrong deduction of Rs.4000/- in ICICI ATM vendor at Jugsali. I am enclosing my account statement and Xerox copy of the ATM Card.
