I opted for RC26 (sms pack - 100 sms per day) for a month. Then I came to know about RC36 which gives 200 sms/day. When my RC26 got over after a month, I went for RC36. Then the very next day they have deducted Rs.26 saying that the RC26 pack is on auto renewal. On calling customer care, they suggested me to dial *333*0# which is invalid. This is mere cheating. I'm highly disappointed with the service. Airtel is such a well reputed org in telecom sector and these kind of activities reduce their standards. Please take necessary action on this complaint
