Hi my name is Deepak Chauhan & I am working in IBM Daksh chd, its in IT park chd, I purchased a airtel postpaid mobile no. 9779239797, Airtel agent comes to our office to sale some postpaid connections his name is Sansar offered me the plan of rs 499 and told me that in this plan I will get 90000 sec. 2500 sms & 2 gb net free, but now when my bill comes i found that there is no such offer for internet. My usage without internet are only rs 570.46 paise inclouded other discounts but i charged with aprox rs 3700 just due to the usage of internet.. Iam very upset due to the this types of services of airtel.. plz help me.. & solve my problem... rply me on my email id.. [email protected]..
