Wrong deduction of 1100rs

Dear Sir,

My RTN is 8866107371 (Mr. Bhadresh) i am facing very poor service from airtel digital tv.

I have recharged my account with 1100rs threw HDFC Bank debit card as on 10.08.11 but recharge is not successful so I have recharged another 1100rs threw local dealer as on 10.08.11. When I checked my balance as on 11.08.11, my balance is shown 2200rs. that means debit card recharge is successfully done and I have choose annual pack.

I never told to airtel for amount reversal but unfortunately my balance is deduct with 1100rs without any information as on 21.9.11. and my connection is deactivated. Still now i don't get 1100rs in my bank account. I am sending my bank statement for your reference.

I was told airtel customer care executive (mr ashish pande, atul, hemangi) 7 to 8 time and i was sent a mail to your customer care and nodal desk (3 to 4 times) but my problem is not resolved till now.

Currently i have selected annual pack but i want to change my pack in daily basis because my service is deactivated so, plz change my pack and resume my service as soon as possible.

Can anybody resolve this issue?
