I was charged Rs.30/ on 5/2 and again on 5/3 Rs. 30/ (Total of Rs.60) for the service I never ordered. I went to their customer service center at Sachin Towers to inquire aout it. I was directed to to call their nodle office9724534865 and their phone was ringing. I waitied for 5 minutes and10 seconds in a hope to get some one to answer that phone but to my great dismay the phone was disconnected and their was a charge of Rs. 3/- for this phone even it is not answered by any one. I spoke to their employee Mr. Omprakash that how come no one answered the phone for more than 5 minuts and there is a charge for that phone of Rs.3/. I am getting chraged every time when I dialed some one & no reply even then there is a charge of 50 paise for it.
I tried to call for that but no help. So I went personaly to their Sachin tower office. Then they helped me getting someone on phone and I explained them the whole matter. They said that the service was ordered from this phone and there is a charge for it for 2 months now. I told them that I have never ordered it but someone has called my number and answered it does not mean that I have ordered that service. Please stop this service right now and refund me the service fee. They refused for it. And told me that this service will be cancelled from tomorrow 10/3. They should have refunded the charges even for the month of march as I am calling them on 9/3. Then I was told by the office that I should call the Appelate Authority @9724544865. I called the Appelate Authority and there Mr. Ganpat Rajpurohit told me that his computer is
down and I should call him after 5 hours as nothing can be done till then. I gave phone # 9998880278 to call
me back when he gets online but he refused to do that and said I have to call him. I was so frustated with this
incident that I decided to forget this money of Rs. 60/- as I had to spent Rs. 60/ for riksow charges over and above their Rs. 60/- and 2 hours of physical excercise in vain.
I would say that this is not the way to make money by herrasing the public for no fault of them. Just some
cone comapnies rip off the public, the Airtel should not be the company to support/help them as it is their
name at stake for the public friendly corporate house.
Will you please look into the matter and refund me the fees of Rs. 60/- and charges for the uncompleted calls charged to me and stop supporting those unscrupulus companies for the reputation of Airtel itself immediately.
