Dear Sir,
inspite of so many email communication, you have deducted amount 8000 from my saving a/c (icici bank) without my intimation or any information to me and because of this Cheque issued to icici vehicle loan got bounce.
iam very much disappointed with your this behaviour . i never said that i will not pay the amount, only requested you to kindlly reconcile the account and if any payment is towards me, i will pay . due to delay and all, every month intrest and late fee charges goes on increasing and now, all of sudden, you deducted whatever amount was in my saving account.
I think this is not the way to behave with your customer . now, after visited to Pune branch (suma house), they simply repplied, you have to talk to call centre.
From last six- seven month everytime from call centre i talked with so many executives and every time new executive, after having long discussion given the same committement to resolve this issue, but end result - nothing.
again i will speak with some new executive and same story will go on.
You are requested to kindlly give the proper solution and let me know, what to do for re collecting the money withdrawn by you.

17 th August means what!
How many policy was opened (Discussiont was for one only) and for what amount with what EMI .
How much amount have been collected from your side from me.
Reflection of 8152.38 in my statement means what! Where from this amount came and why, as i have asked to close the policy in the month of December-06, why EMI have been collected.
You are requested to kindlly give all details in very simple language to understand a common person.

Thank you for the response.
Iwould like to inform you that one of your executie spoken to me on phone and finelised the Lombard Policy.
Once EMI starts, I was surprised to see that EMI amount was double what we have discussed on the phone.
Latter on I requested to cancell the policy and against request I was assured EMI wil stop and Policy will get cancelled.(Dec -06).
Surprisinglly, EMI still reflecting in a/c statement and amount was getting commulated and Payment given against my actual purchasing was adjusted against this EMI .
Last 3 month back when i again requested for cancellation the all things of policy, after giving three timesrequest no from your executive, now i came to know that EMI has been closed but balance total amount is reflecting in the statement.
I really dont know what is happening. I have not use this policy even for the single time and i was assuming that policy is closed (I have not use it for the free check up even).
Kindlly note that, Iam considering that after Dec -06, my policy is cancelled and whatever EMI you have collected after this, you are requested to kindlly return in my credit card.
Also kindlly note that, Iam not going to pay the amount reflecting in my statementfrom this month towards this policy and for this onl I have stopped payin against actual purchasing and Iam not going to use the card till the issues ressolved.
Your coperative action is required.
