My mobile no is 9987290007, I was migreted the post paid plan to prepaid in june 23. That time there was refund amount arround 1000/-. i was communicated so many times regarding this. but they were taking request, after that nothnig happend.

I have the request no. when i cantact them, they said that it will come to ur home through the check.

this the worst thing i am facing such a big company.

Becareful before paying ur amount. don't pay extra amount if you have plans to migrate post paid to prepaid.
