Since last few weeks Airtel started to cheat some customer. Unnecessarily it activates some value added services without customer's prior permission. And when we contact the customer care personnels, some fools (of them) try to convince us that we activated that service personally.
I am S.Ghosh, a Defence personnel, my mobile no. is 9903105455. I have been a airtel customer since last 6-7 years. Usually I activate NOP or Mobile Office every month. And I think I need not to take any advice from a fool (some of them) to activate any service. On 08/04 I found that Rs.10 is deducted from my account for activating the airtel blog (Bachchan). Immediately I informed the c.care. But some 'Manik'(cust.care exe.) forcefully told me that I activated that personally. Some days earlier a 'chat service with some tolly actress' was activated automatically. Anyway, then Airtel admitted their fault and I got back my deducted balance. Some of my friends facing same type of VAS service activation problems for the last few months. So, I request the Authority to look into matter with immediate urgency. Otherwise we have to choose other option through MNP.
