NOT DEACTIVATING UNWANTED SERVICES

I AM A AIRTEL PREPAID USER SINCE 9 YEARS. I BROWSED GPRS, CHANGED TARRIF PLAN.TILL NOW I WAS SATISFIED.BUT FROM PAST 1 YEAR I AM GETTING SPORTS ALERT FOR 30/- RUPEE PER MONTH AND FUSION LOUNGE FOR 15/-FOR EVEY FORTNIGHT. I WANT TO DEACTIVATE, I DID CONTACT YOUR OFFICE AT MY PLACE IN GULBARGA, KARNATAKA. BUT STILL THERE IS NO RESPONSE. I HAVE THRE NETWORK COMPANY SIMCARDS NOW. IF THIS SERVICES ARE NOT CANCELLED AND I WOULD NOT GET CHARGED FOR THAT I WILL CONTINUE WITH IT OR ELSE I HAVE TO CHANGE TO OTHER SERVICES.
