Im Suresh Kumar from Chennai and my mobile number is 99402 66764
Daily I receive a message from AD-54321 and it states as follows "You have been renewed for ##GamesMania Subscriptionfo subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged with Rs.5. live cricket on mobile tv http://airteltv.co:8080"
I have to call the customer care daily and they say it has happened by mistake and refund the Rs.5. But they are not able to provide me a permanent solution, also daily I have to waste 30 minutes in speaking with the Customer Care. Some Customer care officers are not trained properly and they say I have did something wrong, I will then cut the call and try again to the Customer care and get a correct person. I spoke with a SME by name Raghu (he says he is a senior person), but he is fit for nothing, he does not understand what I say and orders me to call customer care daily to get the amount refunded. Mr. Raghu dont you have any sense?
Why the Airtel is not training its Customer care officers properly?
Since I'm questioning im getting my money back, imagine how many Lakhs of customers would be charged like this daily and how much is Airtel earning daily by cheating its customers. Airtel you should be ashamed for doing this.
Give me a permanent solution or i will opt for MNP :)
