Missed call deleting money

My line 9845961064 is post paid line using more than 3 years my complaint is almost times if you give the international missed call in my mobile 7rs is getting deducted, infom several times through customer care and personally to airtel nearest office also no use, they say you go to that office here and there, so kindly look in to this matter very serious
