Shopkeeper charged more than MRP and refused to give the bill

I’m Atul Gupta, resident of C-371B Sushant Lok Phase – 1, Gurgaon, Haryana. I bought a new airtel sim with lifetime validity yesterday from a shopkeeper at Vyapar Kendra in Sushant Lok Phase – 1. His shop number is GF – 78.

He charged me Rs. 100 for a Rs. 25 sim and another Rs. 100 for a Rs. 100 recharge. I asked for a bill for this, but he refused to give it. Similar is the case with most of the shopkeepers in the same market. They are practicing black marketing of mobile sim cards. When I told that shopkeeper that I will lodge a complaint against him, he replied that go wherever you want to go. Such is the condition for customers.

Kindly, look into the matter as these kind of things are creating lot of troubles to the customers and left us with no other option.
